Thanks! They haven’t announced Spring or fall yet because they are working on who will be doing the concurrent BSN program at SJSU first. I think I ended up having something in the 80-85 range but I don’t remember exactly

I did drop in counseling and eventually got connected with the nursing department’s counselor. The docs need to go to the nursing department and they need transcripts and a syllabus for each class you took. They’ll evaluate them and get back to you.

“Students may earn points for courses completed at other accredited schools approved to be equivalent through Petition for Course Substitution/Equivalency. Petitions must be approved prior to applying and must be on file with Admission/Records” I got that straight from the EVC nursing app website and it’s what I went off of.

Yeah that’s who I was communicating with. He sent them to someone and then sent them back to me signed

Thanks! It took probably close to two weeks. A big part of that was I had to chase down the syllabus from my pharmacology class. Once I had that it moved fast. Hope that helps

Just submitted last night, had to wait to get my relevant coursework confirmed. I’m at 79 points currently. I have over 1000 hours of patient experience but don’t have a license of any kind so I think I could get anywhere from 80 to 84 if they allow my work experience. Good luck everyone!

Thanks for starting this thread. I’m still waiting on employment and relevant course work verification but I think I’m sitting at about 60 points at the moment. I think 60-65 has been the cut off the last few cycles.
