Seminole Fall 2021 UCF/SSC Concurrent
I just wanted to start a thread considering that applications are coming up 5/3-5/7. Hope everyone is doing well!

UCF 2021 Traditional BSN
Great. Now I'm sweating... sigh LOL. I know when I attended a CON info session, Advisor - Donna Mercado mentioned that they prefered either current UCF students or those who have taken Anatomy/Physiology at UCF. Although I think it sucks, I get why they would prioritize current UCF students to transfers. I know last fall there was talk on the 2019 UCF Traditional thread about UCF students with lower scores getting in versus higher scoring transfer students. I was warned about this and tried to plan accordingly. (Minus the 26% increase in applicants ?). To be honest, I think it's about money because they are already students in attendance adhering to UCF academic standards and some are in on campus housing etc... On one hand, it's a positive sign that decisions could go out soon. On the other hand, its nerve wracking and I admit to logging in to check statuses more than I want to. LOL Best of luck to every one and don't give up! There are other programs, especially in the Orlando area coming up soon for applications deadlines in May.

UCF 2021 Traditional BSN
Based on what I've seen from past Fall cohorts, I think Mon 3/29 might be a safe bet. Usual it has taken about 40 days from the end of applications.

UCF 2021 Traditional BSN
Mine also says Summer still with my Fall application all green. By chance, have y'all gotten a bunch of UCF orientation emails? Since I submitted my reactivation, I have been getting them almost every week LOL.

UCF 2021 Traditional BSN
I literally just did the same thing. When did you reactivate yours? I'm scared that it won't get approved on time. I am also planning to apply again for Seminole and Valencia Concurrent Fall. I'm also nervous haha. You're definitely not alone.

Seminole State UCF Concurrent Summer 2021
OMG! Congratulations! Never let anyone tell you what you can or can't do. I actually missed my final exam for AP1 and had to retake it. I wanted to give up because I thought to myself, "If I can't even be bothered to show up for a final, then how the heck am I going to get into nursing school ?" I happy you proved your advisor wrong!

UCF 2021 Traditional BSN
It's the same page you used to apply for the program. You can search "UCF Nursing Application" and it's usually the first link. After you log in, one of the two options are "Check he status of an existing application" on the right.

UCF 2021 Traditional BSN
So myucf status went eligible today! I know it's a baby step but its something LOL. Anyone else?

Seminole State UCF Concurrent Summer 2021
Aww thanks haha. I know in previous years, it was about a week from going eligible on myucf... so maybe today? I check like everyday.. A million times a day LOL Summer is a great semester to apply because for some reason Fall is super competitive! Best of luck to us! I'm also gonna try and apply for the Valencia/UCF Concurrent program too when that application opens up.

Seminole State UCF Concurrent Summer 2021
So, feeling more alone LOL Today, my UCF RN app status changed to "eligible". From past years, it seemed that about a week from that status change were application decisions!

Seminole State UCF Concurrent Summer 2021
It's looking lonely for a SCC/UCF Summer 2021 thread and it's getting close to decision time! I was wondering who all else applied for this years Summer program? Last year, it was near the end of the month (2/28) so I'm just waiting for my UCF status to go eligible beforehand. If you're brave maybe, what were your stats? Good luck everyone!

UCF 2021 Traditional BSN
You made me laugh LOL. Thank you. That irony is exactly why I decided I might as well get it over with. On one hand, you can get NCLEX'd up and then start working earlier but you have better odds with your BSN and you get it over with minus the hassle of the extra years they tack on if you do it the RN-BSN path. Especially if you ever decide to go APRN/MS things. To be fair, FL nursing school tuition (in state) ain't bad compared to what I have seen in other states. But I'll rave further once well all get in LOL

UCF 2021 Traditional BSN
Sorry, shoulda clarified. Admission to UCF, not the traditional program. What I meant was, I also had applied to the Seminole/UCF Concurrent Summer just to in case. But, it's traditional I'm hoping for. I have no idea what the applicant pool looks like this year LOL Good luck to ya'll!

UCF 2021 Traditional BSN
I have been waiting for this post LOL. I'm a local transfer from Valencia College. Not 100% sure about how they sort us with stats but it seemed like GPA and TEAS for sure. If you're weak in one score, do better in another. TEAS 82.7 (UGH) Cumulative 3.736 Science 3.75 Nonscience 4.0 I have Cocoa, Orlando then Daytona. Btw. If any one else tries to apply for two different semesters... Don't. LOL

Seminole State/UCF Concurrent Nursing Program Spring 2021
Congratulations for the applicants who were accepted! ? It seems like a good sign that, people who were worried that they were not as competitive because of everything going on currently, still got in! For everybody who applied, can you list your stats? (Overall, Science, Non-Science, TEAS)
