My school is in Dallas across the street from Baylor Medical Center so they told us when the apps would be (which was Sept 1st) so that’s the only reason I was able to apply.

I know some people who have gotten offers for BUMC for M/B, OR, ED, and BHVH anyone know how many OR spots are available in Austin for Baylor?

I’m not sure if she had a connection or not! A lot of my friends who had capstone on their preferred unit had interviews a while back

I think it was bc of the October cohort being so small for the RR hospital, but I've never seen them have a December one before! I really want L&D or OR! what about you?

a recruiter told me that if you are graduating in dec then to apply for the February not the dec cohort.

I am kind of confused though bc some places post december cohorts for people that graduate earlier in the fall vs the February cohorts for those that graduate in december

I didn't apply since it is a MedSurg one and that isn't my top choice. It's just on the job site when you search for "residency"

starting this for the February Residency app! So far I have heard about the Virtual Residency event on the 17th that says there will be residencies at Dell Childrens, Dell Seton, Seton Hays, Seton Williamson, and Seton Shoal Creek (which I think is the main Seton Medical Center)

just got an OR interview for austin!

I'm hoping it will be at the beginning of Nov! I'm sure they won't want to interview during the holidays

I messaged them on facebook and all they said was "we'll pass it on to your recruiter". I've heard nothing still for the austin area

I have friends who had their actual interviews for OR this past week for BUMC. I'm still waiting to hear about the Austin area though! Hoping that I can at least get some sort of info about timeline or even rejection because it is already almost November!

there is a residency virtual event on Nov 17! I think they just posted it on their facebook and their residency website page when you click on the "next open house link"

I applied 9/1, did my video interview same day, and had the screening call with the recruiter on 9/10. I applied for Women's, Surgical, and Acute in the Austin area and I have heard nothing ? starting to get a little worried
