Did you add Downstate as a school to receive your transcript? They'll receive the transcript that way. Or possibly uploading it via document upload. But I would email them to make sure

Hey guys! My status on the home page changed to Under Program Review. Did it change for anyone else too?

I can see why. For the Summer start, people starting hearing back 5-6 months before. So I am guessing they are trying to keep the same timeline. Congrats to you!
