Does anybody know if Georgia Southern considers ICU step-down (PCU) experience as critical care for their BSN to DNP program? I really don't want to change units just to apply. The only thing we don't do on our unit is intubate or administer pressors...
I only applied to ACE, and I’m hoping that wasn’t a mistake. I wonder how many acceptances have already gone out? Will they send denials as well, or just leave you hanging? Anybody know?
Wow, great stats! Did you apply only to traditional? I can’t imagine you not getting into ACE with your stats and if that’s the case, I’m officially scared.
I think CPR/BLS certifications are good for two years. I would go ahead and handle everything ahead of time that is possible. Especially if you plan to be in healthcare regardless. Same with immunizations and records.
