  2. Thank you so much for your response, So I’m second week into this, I’m using a well established biller out of Texas, I’ll see how it works. I also actually just started FNP program and depending on how this independent assist goes I may just continue when done and bill Medicare as well. I have a general surgeon I’m working with at a local hospital mainly, but I’m seeing possible other opportunities as well, my only concern is that I won’t see reimbursement until a few months so fingers crossed.
  3. Hi RR, I came across your old post and feel like I’m in similar situation like you was few years back. I’m starting out as independent RNFA but can’t find anyone in NY that is practicing independent to get an idea, so kind of going in blind. I know it’s been a few years since you posted but I’m being hopeful somehow it alerts you. How is the practice going for you? Is it worth it in terms of reimbursement etc, any tips? thanks, AP
