  1. They both had lab. My other “3 credit” courses counted as 4 credits so that shouldn’t be an issue! All of my undergraduate classes were counted as 3. For some reason other schools count them as 4 but they were worth the same. See, this is something I had asked one of the nursing professors at Century and she said that it was perfectly fine but then now I’m getting that email saying I need both first and second semester done?! Seems very weird to me!
  2. Just sent an email. I hope it helps or at least gives me an answer to what the heck happened.
  3. I honestly have no idea...I’m so upset. I would have taken this better if it was a denial because of my GPA or TEAS but because it was “I didn’t complete my first and second semester Requirements,” just confuses me so much.
  4. Well congrats that’s awesome! It feels too late to get anything done about it now but I emailed like 3 different people so I’m hoping I at least get answers
  5. It looks like my anatomy and physiology didn’t transfer over right for them because when I got my bachelors degree, anatomy and physiology where separated but still count as 6 credits so when I talked to Sherry Hegstrom she said that was fine, but now when I look at the audit it doesn’t look accounted for?!
  6. Ugh. I’m so confused. This is part of the email I got. Now it’s like too late to correct a mistake because everyone is either accepted or waitlisted so I feel like I’m SOL until next application date.
  7. I called and they told me to email the email address for nursing applications which I just did so we’ll see what they say. Is it true that you need the first and second semester done before application? There’s schools that only need first done before application and then second must be done before the actual start date. I’m just confused because I have no idea what I’m missing. I have my B.S. degree and have been preparing for the century nursing program since like April so don’t you think if I was missing a course I knew needed to be completed, I would have done it?! Ugh I’m so frustrated
  8. Congrats!! I got denied because they said I didn’t meet the first and second semester requirements? After talking to MULTIPLE academic advisors and the head nursing professor, I thought I had everything I needed. I am beyond confused right now.
  9. Ugh I’m sorry! ? What was your composite score again and what number are you on the waitlist?? I’ve heard that the waitlist has gone up or past #30 on the waitlist so there is hope because maybe Inver isn’t everyone’s first choice that applied!
  10. Called Century today and she said emails will be sent out to the century email and our personal email either Friday afternoon or early next week. She said they’re working on them this week and will hopefully have the emails sent out.
  11. Oh wow that makes me nervous! I leave for vacation that day so I’m praying for good news.
  12. Does anyone have any idea on when they’re sending out letters to all of us or when we should be getting one? This wait is so hard!
  13. Hi everyone! I applied to Century College with an 11.5 composite score. I received my Bachelor of Science degree this year and of course all the prerequisite classes that were required, are ones I took 4 years ago! It’s not a great score but it’s not terrible in my opinion. When I emailed about their average acceptance composite score, they said it was around a 12.2! Which is crazy to me, but things could be different with COVID going on. The media does a great job at scaring future nurses so maybe not as many will apply this semester? Never know. Good luck to everyone and just know that no matter what happens, there is ALWAYS next semester to apply! ?
