  2. Hello fellow healthcare workers! This forum is soliciting your ideas and routines to care for kinky, natural hair while working in hospitals and/or around patients. I do not wash my hair every day, or even every week sometimes. It depends on if my hair needs it or not. IF I were to wash my hair daily, for working in hospitals/around patients, my hair would become extremely unhealthy from the constant shampooing OR from sitting in a wet bun for 12+ hours. (My hair takes a long time to dry with or without a blow dryer). Any suggestions on care for kinky, coily hair?
