  1. From what it seems you guys have nothing to worry about ?. I guess it could be more or less applying, I know it’s tough for some like myself who have kids only in school for two days a week Bc of hybrid learning; then there are the ppl who are scared of covid; and then There is ppl who want to help the world! So who knows what the pool of ppl would be like. The application period isn’t bad just getting all of the vaccine paperwork, medical clearance from your doctor, immunizations, background check, and physical. That took alittle bit and you have a deadline after your in. The last day to apple was 8/30 and I knew I was on by the 2nd week of September I believe or going right into the third week.
  2. You guys all have great amount of points! It’s all up to the pool of ppl applying so each campus has a different cut off. I think I had 193 or 194 I got in to my first choice of providence. The last time around ppl were getting through in the high 180’s. I didn’t have CNA points but I’m a CNA now LOL I missed that deadline LOL
  3. Hahahaha you are just like me!!! I told myself I’d never go back an deactivated mine 7 years ago! ? I made a separate account as private as I could! I even put in the title “school account only” because I wanted no part of it! Al I want is randomn info LOL I’m trying to fly under the radar ans so far I’m pretty good (don’t even have my full name on there). My providence campus is split into 4 sections and in the groups for lab is 7-8 students each. But for lecture it’s everyone online at the time.
  4. Thank you I appreciate it! As for class size, they allow a certain amount for each campus so the sizes are roughly the same. If you go on the ccri nursing facebook page (you have to get accepted to the page) they have so much information from ppl. Some who are applying just like you are on there! Our lectures are online and mine are 8:30-12:30 for my fundementals then the next day my pharm class is 8:30-9:25, then gerontology 10-12. Then on Friday I have lab from 9-1 in Lincoln Bc we al go there and then that will change to a clinical site from 7-3. For the Newport campus it seemed like some classes started at 11 or 11:30 so more towards the afternoon. I heard that campus is beautiful though. What I did was go online and check the classes for the campus you want on the add classes area so then you can see roughly what the times would be. And I love talking too so I’m here! If you go to the facebook page let me know!
  5. Hi Turtle! I just started on Tuesday ? I signed up for providence but all of our labs are in the Lincoln campus for everyone due to covid. I’d say you can pick either one! If things stay the same you will be there anyway LOL good luck!! And it’s so exciting! Things can change anytime ?
  6. Hi @Djqueen07 ! I got into providence my first choice with 192.2
  7. Definitely! Some ppl may not finish their stuff in time an you may have a chance. I was staying to get my CNA in time but unfortunately the last thing I had to do got moved two weeks passed the deadline.
  8. If there wasn’t a pandemic I’d say let’s all go celebrate but I hide in my house ?? virtual cheers!
  9. Into my first choice Providence! Good luck everyone go check your emails! I’m so happy and proud of myself. 192.2 were my points
  10. I got accepted!!
  11. I can’t handle the wait ?
  12. Yes I am! I can’t wait I keep looking at my email just in case they want to make my day and want to do it early?
  13. Atleast I don’t feel so horrible knowing I’m not alone with this issues. Especially with the way schools are for some right now. Everything is always up in the air. I understand the emergencies thing but it’s a little disheartening we won’t be able to prepare as much. I will always try my best though!
  14. I wish I knew. I’m trying to plan ahead bc I have one child in kindergarten and one in fourth grade and they are only in school for two days
  15. This week is definitely gonna drag lmao I wish they would just tell us now! Lmao
