Anyone have their interview?

I did as well. No idea but looks like around 30-50 based on how many slots are available for interviews.

Statistics must be completed within five years of program start date. Once you are admitted, I think you could take it at that point. There’s also an exam you can take to prove you don’t need to take another class!

Haven’t heard anything either. Just got an email reminding us of the deadline of Jan. 15th. Did you guys go to the virtual open house?

I think they will understand just because of COVID, so don’t stress about it! I honestly don’t know when they will start allowing shadowing at hospitals. May not be before the application period is over. But for your sake, you should know if it’s even what you want to do. I’ve had friends that really wanted to be a CRNA, then shadowed one and hated it. Being in ICU, you probably give/get report from OR from them. But what they actually do in OR can be different from what you think. Either way, I wouldn’t stress too much about it. COVID has made everything difficult!

Thank you for the advice. I haven’t first hand dealt with interviews to grad school, but like you said, I’ve heard they can be brutal. We will see what happens...
