They sent a list of where everyone is assigned and there were a bunch of people assigned to SF. I'm not at SF though so perhaps they're sending those later.

Can someone please clarify, are they calling or emailing us? And yes they said week of 7/10 to us as well.

I have a mac. Before my interview I did a mock meeting with a friend just to figure things out before the interview. I'm glad I did because it turns out you need to adjust certain settings in order to share your screen, I highly recommend doing this. We volunteered to go first, second etc. To echo what another person said, I agree that your presentation should be less than 10 minutes. 10 was a hard stop, mine was around 8 and it seemed to go well.

Was there an option in the snap shot to upload docs? I must have missed that ? I uploaded when I was applying but not for the snap shot.

They said they'll let us know by June 16 for interviews. The snapshot survey closed just last night so I'm thinking maybe they'll start sending invites by Wednesday?

Pretty sure everyone who applied receives it. They said June 8 on the slide but in the q&a they said realistically they will send it June 9 or 10.

Not as far as I know. I had to do online followed by in person.

Hi! Yes I took ACLS through AHA. It took me around 4 hours. I will say though their website has been down a few days and I haven't been able to get my certificate yet. Not sure where else to get it but I'd recommend looking elsewhere since our deadline is tomorrow.

+ ACLS I'm definitely not happy about spending all that money haha. Hopefully it works ??

Yes I got mine for this application. It's not cheap but I decided to go for it. You can complete it in around 2 hours! Honestly it was all review as I didn't learn anything I didn't learn in nursing school.

Thank you for starting this thread. I too have applied to Kaiser. Are all of you internal applicants or did you have rotations at Kaiser? I'm feeling a bit discouraged since everyone I know who got hired there had a rotation there..

Surgical was my first choice and I haven't heard back!

To add to that, they said an up to date AHA-ACLS certificate is helpful too. It's a lot of money for both ekg and ACLS courses.... I wonder how much it really helps!

No this is my first time applying. My first choice was surgical! UCSF has one opening late July, exact dates are tba on ther website. Places like regional I've heard are much easier to get in, pretty much everyone from my class who applied got in.
