They recently sent out an email to let us know that we can complete Term 3 100% online if we choose to. Those of us who have been accepted and live outside of Calgary have been asked to confirm whether or not we'll be living in Calgary for the upcoming term. Hope that helps.

I don't think they've made a final decision on the Winter semester yet regarding online vs. in-person classes. I was accepted at the end of August and still haven't received any further information from them.

Agreed ^ I also know someone else with a 3.8 who hasn't been admitted yet.

It's [email protected] & it has to come directly from your university to be deemed official. Once your school sends it over, I would call admissions to make sure they've received it.

They are still accepting hard copies. I think some people are having their transcripts emailed because their universities are only issuing e-transcripts due to COVID-19.

I'm applying from Ontario. I also had my transcripts sent to U of C via email and didn't have an issue. I would follow up with your university & make sure they get your transcripts sent over. I don't believe there was a specific question regarding in progress courses. I just made sure to include Athabasca University (where I took 2 pre-reqs) in the post-secondary section of my application. I'm sure U of C's admissions team can help you sort this out. Good luck!

Once I received my final grades from AU, I called U of C's admissions office to let them know (and also to ask if they required anything else from me). The person I talked to said he would go ahead and request my transcript from AU. I'm pretty sure they received it within the next couple days. I'm thinking U of C might be waiting until after August 31st to request the remaining transcripts, when they know all of the applicants will have completed their courses. Hard to know for sure though!

Hoping we find out soon! The wait is painful haha
