    Hey PDX'ers! Are PDX hospital systems (Providence, Legacy, Adventist, OHSU, Kaiser) really not hiring ADN new grads? What has been recent new grad's experience with this over the last few years? I know most facilities say they will as long as a BSN is finished within 3 years, but are they actually hiring ADN's? Have you been accepted into a residency with only an in-progress BSN? Thanks for the insight!
