Congrats ?? so far my semester at Monroe has been a learning experience. You can tell that Covid has definitely made Monroe a little unorganized but we are getting through. I am just grateful to be in a nursing program on my journey. As far as working definitely if you can switch your schedule to evening or overnight. This school is so stupid when it comes to working some professors really say you shouldn’t be working in this program. Like are you gonna pay my damn bills ? But we all work still just make sure to be prepared in advance because depending on your schedule first semester will be Monday to Friday till like 3.

You can go anywhere that works for you. I went to my primary care provider that I’ve been to for years.

Hi everyone! I wanted to reach out to see if anyone has purchased their professional liability insurance yet. I am about to purchase and if anyone can help me with what is the anticipated graduation date for the LPN portion. I know it’s sometime in May but not sure the exact date. Anyone know?

It’s weird cause I am only taking 10 credits this semester which isn’t full time. I just needed 2 more credits? my advisor said they couldn’t add a class from previous semesters.

Anybody apply for TAP for extra grants? I also took most of my science classes.

Yea that’s exactly what my Dr. said about the flu shot. I just have to bring paper in to fill out form. Did you finish speaking to a financial advisor? If you did I would try reaching out to your admissions advisor or calling Monroe directly. They seem so busy due to Covid 19.

Yea I received mine too and I am only on campus on Tuesdays. The rest is virtual. Is everybody a full time student?

Yea I did actually buy a couple pairs? I Hope they come soon so if they don’t fit I can exchange. Lmaoo thunder thighs?. Did you buy the sneakers and lab coat ? I wasn’t sure if they were mandatory. I bought sneakers which are so ugly Lml. I didn’t buy lab coat because I already have a plain white one.

WOW! They run big ?? I just ordered mine online line yesterday and I ordered up a size Lml. I have thunder thighs too I hope they don’t fit too big on me.

Okay thank you so much! Yea it’s super busy I can imagine due to COVID 19. Did you get your uniform yet? I think it’s due soon but I really wanna go to the location listed to try on.. I have thick thighs Lmaoo can’t trust online ordering ? How do they fit?

Hey future nurses! Anybody know were we are sending the to do list documents to? Is it by email? I reached out but haven’t gotten a reply yet. I also wanted to know for the CPR I have one that says BLS PROVIDER Is that acceptable? I know the list says it should say healthcare provider but I don’t see any option like that on the AHA site.

I also got accepted for the Fall 2020 Progressive Nursing Program. I also would like some advice if this is the right choice. Like anybody that has graduated from the program. The job opportunities that they are given. So far I have researched a little and they have ACEN accreditation which is very important to me when it comes to a nursing school. The price compared to other schools seems more affordable.
