  1. About a month before the start of the semester you will start receiving emails. They will help you get registered for boot camp and orientation and start to send you information on the things you will need to get done (I.e. vaccinations, physical examination, background, drug screening ect.). We did all of this via zoom last semester, but hopefully you will get to do it in person boot camp! I suggest that you just enjoy your Summer and when you get the email just start knocking out the things on the check list. A few of the requirements are time sensitive like the TB test (you can't have it done too early), but they will give you all the information you need. I attached the checklist that we got last semester as a heads up. Yours shouldn't be too different. I don't recommend doing any of these until you hear from the school and get your cohort specific list. There may be different requirements. Spring 2021 First Semester Nursing Check List.docx
  2. I had some free time at work and was reading though this thread. I’m in the program (just started in January, so one semester down!!). I’m not sure what undergrads pay, but I am a post back and tuition alone was $4k!! I about crapped myself. Thankfully there is a payment plan option.
  3. Can’t wait! I hope your arm is better, and super impressive TEAS score! - Justin
  4. Got an acceptance letter today, but I’ll be declining my seat. I’m in Fresno and was able to get into a program closer to home. I wish everyone the best with their future endeavors!
  5. I got accepted! The email came yesterday. Anyone else hear?
  6. Hi Everyone, Starting a thread for applicants to the Fresno State Spring 2021 cohort. I submitted my application last week and although waiting for an answer is all I'll be able to think about for the next 1.5-2 months, I'm excited and hopeful. Does anyone know what they specifically look for when deciding who will get in?
  7. Hi Everyone, I mailed my application in last week. I'm applying for the first time and had 79 points. Looking at previous forums it looks like people were finding out if they got in the first part of September. It's going to be really hard to wait out the answer. Best of luck to everyone!
