I received my offers from Emory just a little bit ago. But does anyone know if they send all offers at once, or do yall think it varies for specific units/locations? Just trying to get an idea of when my other classmates would hear back from them.

I just now received offers via email, so I would be on the lookout for an email instead of a phone call! (for reference, they were at EUH in the MICU and SICU)

Yes, I am sure those are counted as two separate units. So if those are the two you wish to interview for then I would just sign up in a time slot for each.

On the same link that you were sent earlier. Log in with the account you made - or make one if you have not done so. Then click 'waitlists' at the top and you should be able to do it from there.

I believe you are supposed to sign up for two different units or two different locations for the same unit. Ex: University SICU and University MICU or University SICU and Midtown SICU. Don't sign up for two interview slots within the same unit/location.

That is so odd that they sent the links out on two separate days! I would think there has to be a reason for it since everyone who gets the link on Thursday would be at such a disadvantage. But I have no idea how they would pick and choose ☹️

When did you apply?

Someone in my cohort received her interview sign-up link today from Emory and already scheduled her 2 interviews. Did anyone else get to sign up early? or know why some people get early access?

For those of you who have already spoken to the recruiter on the phone, what type of questions is she asking? Should I prepare for general interview questions or are they going to be more in depth? Or is she really just asking what specific unit I would be interested in? TIA

Ahh okay! From what I understand with Northside you apply to certain locations and units from the first application, when the recruiter contacts you are they just asking again on units and locations? For example, my roommate applied to the L&D unit at the Atlanta location - so would she potentially be contacted by the recruiter to confirm that is where she wants to be? Sorry, I'm just confused. Congrats!! What unit did you get an email about from Northside? I also noticed that Piedmont's just now opened today! For you to already have heard back from them, were you an internal applicant and was allowed to apply early?

Was this after your HireView Interview? If so, how long after that did you get a call about shadowing and another interview?
