No, I haven't gotten a callback.... ? But I interviewed for the first time Friday. That's why I was a little confused because seemed everyone else interviewed Monday and then came back Wed. Did they ask you in the panel interview how you felt with EKG's?... and then did they ask you if you wanted day or night shift and if you had any schedule restrictions? The man from the cardio unit specifically asked me this and then a woman from med surg asked me how I felt about working with COVID patients. I honestly had no idea we would come back and interview again .... they made me feel that if you got it then u would get the offer call. I hope I get a callback ? Congrats on landing the second interview!! so wonderful! what unit is it that you want? I hope we all get it!

I interviewed this Friday (yesterday). I assume if I get it maybe they will call back next week? The original job posting says the residency starts Oct. 12th. Did you interview as a panel ? I interviewed with all the units at the same time and they asked me behavioral questions and then I got one question pertaining to an EKG strip. I feel really confident about the interview I just hope they feel the same !!

Hey all! Wanted to start this thread to see if anyone had any information on the 2020 University of Miami Hospital Nurse Residency Program. I haven't been able to find much info on the program but am told they give preference to their UM graduates.... I went ahead and applied even though I'm not a UM graduate and landed an interview at the end of the week somehow! If anyone has any additional info on the hiring process pleassssse share.

That's so awesome! CONGRATS! Thanks for your response I haven't been able to find any info at all about this residency. I applied but no call ? Just an email. I have a friend who got a call to interview this Friday... he also has experience in the field for quite a while. Makes sense that they would interview those candidates as top picks. Good luck and crush that interview! It's so hard to find a new job right now with most of the residences being canceled or pushed to Oct.

Hey all!! I wanted to start this topic to see if anyone has any information about the Delray Medical Center nurse residency program in South Florida? This hospital recently posted its listing and stated interviews to begin in June/July. Has anyone interviewed or heard from them? I also want to know if anyone knows the available residency tracks that are available ???? Pleasssssse share any info you have.
