Someone in this thread had said that they got their decision last year on January 9th. I’ve also heard that they usually interview 150 students per year for 80 spots, but this year they interviewed 200 students. So I’m assuming those extra 50 students might have something to do with it? Just spitballing.

I’ll jump in on this, I haven’t received a decision yet and these are my stats: BA in Drama GPA: 3.3 MFA in Acting GPA: 3.9 Pre-reqs GPA: 3.97 I have no healthcare experience. I was hoping to get some while taking the pre-reqs but then the pandemic happened.

Are they asking for a deposit? I don’t know your situation, financial and what not, but if you’re looking forward to the responses from those other schools and you can afford the deposit for CU, I’d pay the deposit to secure my seat.

Congrats! I applied for the PMHNP as well...would you know how many people they accept into that DNP specialty?

First, congrats! Second, I’d make sure with the school that you already accepted a seat at, that there’s a deadline as to when you can rescind your seat without penalty of losing money. I can’t imagine that they’d give you a hard time if you would rather go to Columbia and not them. Anyone get into the Psych DNP program?

Congrats! No update for me yet so I’m assuming I’ll get a decision in the second round of updates.

I got mine late November because they asked me the week prior to give them an official transcript to show proof that I got college credit for a class I took in high school over 10 years ago...I thought to myself “what a shame that the process has to be delayed over a pre-calc class that shouldn’t matter.” I’m expecting an answer in the second round.

Ellen, who is the director of admission, sent us an email today about how to sign in to our school email, school self service etc. Did you register for tomorrows orientation? I'd email her first thing in the morning to see if you can register and get all those important links and info. yeah, exactly!

I haven’t heard about financial aid, but then again, I messed up and filed for 2021-2022 as opposed to 2020-2021, so I only filed my new FAFSA this past month. I haven’t yet. Hopefully they send us more details before orientation. Definitely. Do you wanna make it? Otherwise I can make one sometime this week.
