Hey! I was recently accepted into MCC-PENN VALLEY LPN-ADN nights/weekends program, which starts in August. Once I accepted the offer (June 9), I gave it a couple of weeks before calling and leaving a message and sending an email asking for more information regarding mandatory meetings prior to the start of the program and getting enrolled. I was told that I had been enrolled already and was sent an e-mail with meeting and uniform information. I checked ALL of my e-mails and folders to make sure I hadn't missed anything, and I hadn't, so I responded via email making "them" aware of this and was met with the response "Beth, Please, we are working on it." A few days later I was enrolled and had a schedule (June 24) thank goodness! It has now been 2 weeks and I know the meeting is on July 24th, but that's it. I've called and emailed multiple times with ZERO response even though their voicemail says 2 business days. I don't know what else I can do to get the necessary information. Any ideas? Or anyone else accepted into this same program and having the same problem or have this missing information? Sorry for such a long post, but it's becoming ridiculous and a little stressful! Thanks!
