  1. Hi everyone! I just passed my NCLEX-RN in California about 2 weeks ago and I have no idea where to start?? I’ve been applying to jobs but haven’t heard from the ones I’ve really wanted. I want to get into hospitals but they require experience and I have 0 as I was a full time student and a foreign graduate!! I also heard that as a new grad, the first job or first year counts the most?? Can someone explain?? If I get a job at a facility will that slim my chance of getting into a hospital later on? Thanks for your input!
  2. hi! the letter I received just told me that I needed cgfns or eres. When I looked at the website for cgfns it said something about ielts/ toefl. I started with cgfns (but havent payed for it yet) and it did say that english proficiency wasnt needed ? I currently live in the Philippines and most of those who used cgfns waited for atleast 6 months. I'm wondering if ERES would be faster?
  3. Hello everyone! I am a graduate of BSN in the Philippines and currently applying for LVN in California. I just received an email requiring me for CGFNS/ERES. Was wondering if which one would be better to ensure a seamless and faster application ? Also, is IELTS/TOEFL really needed? Thank you!!
