Yes. I got accepted to MJC and CSU Stanislaus.

I have sent emails. But no responses! I was waiting to see if I got into the fast track because I have not received any emails since I first submitted my application. Since I did not get notification I have tried to contact someone that I am am declining my spot.

I know this may be a silly question and personal for some people but is there anyone that has accepted their spot to the program that is still on the fence if they are going to attend Delta or have changed their mind and attending another program. I am curious if there is a good chance my friend will make it into the program. I accepted but will not be attending Delta and do not know how to decline my spot. Once I am able to contact someone regarding declining my spot my good friend will be #4 and I am curious how many spots may potentially open up. I really do not want my friend to leave California. We have all worked so hard for this opportunity and I am so happy for each and every one of us that has come this far in our journey.

I have not got any emails. Not even the email regarding the email. I have checked both new and old accounts and nothing. Has anyone else not received any email (not just for fast track)? Also If you guys don't mind sharing what were your points for the fast track?

I believe I am giving up my spot and I applied with 77 or 78 points. My friend is an alternate and I hope she gets into the program. She has worked so hard as all of us have. I believe she applied with 65.5 points and I believe I read that the cut off may have been 67.5 points.

That puts a huge financial damper influencing your available options.. I am sorry it so much more expensive. Are you going to Stan or Delta? Is there anyway you can apply for scholarships or receive any extra help outside of FA?? I don't understand why it's so expensive its crazy

Did they say why? If it is something that you are unsure of you can always message them and see if there was a mistake. I am sorry.

Where do we retrieve our acceptance letters? I checked both emails and nothing has been sent. I am curious what the next step is?

Congrats everyone. I was also accepted. I applied with 77 or 78 points. I have been accepted to three programs and do not know which program I am fully going to commit to but will let everyone know if I decide to decline my position. Again, congrats everyone!

LOL, No there was not a secret application during the fall at MJC. They only have apps open once a year. Things were up in the air and a lot of unknown was happening at the time the first round of acceptance was sent out. MJC just sent out Spring acceptance from February apps. Some people were notified in June and others were notified more recently. MJC did not disclose if ppl were waitlisted so I am assuming some spots may be from waitlisted and some may be top spots that may have become available due to cohort size increasing or returning to original size. I am not exactly sure but am thinking this may be why notifications were sent out.

Well, everybody, check your emails. An email was sent out saying that status was incorrect. I emailed Delta and was also told to check back tomorrow after 5 pm. SOOOOOOO, I really have no idea what the heck is going on!

What number did you call that said they are in a meeting?

Me too! I applied at these schools for choices and options due to finances. I am very much grateful that I have received two spots but we have 4 younger kids at home and my husband is the only one working. Cost matter and if Delta is more affordable I would like to have the option if I earned a spot. I did submit my transcript. I know for a fact that I did and to be disqualified for this reason is a little disturbing. I know I may be being petty but it is the situation and point is what is getting to me.

Were your transcripts printed when your classes were still in progress or before grades posted? If they were then that may be a reason why but I would email just to see what is going on.

Well now I see the frustration. Everyone check your application status. I was disqualified for not submitting transcripts. That is total bs because I did submit transcripts with course descriptions. I had to go through a long big process to get my transcripts sent to me then had to send in with my application. I emailed and am waiting for a response. I know for a fact. I checked and rechecked everything and counted transcripts 5 time before sealing the envelope to DElta!! I have been accepted to MJC and CSU Stanislaus Spring start programs but that doesn't matter. If I applied and spent time and money to send documents there should be no reason to disqualify me for an error on their end. I feel like nursing maybe not be for me. A mistake was made at Stan when they evaluated my application and now at Delta......

I went to MJC and not to down talk anything but things are not always as they seem. The allied health department can be a bit of a mess at times. I did my CNA there and it was a cluster show at times but overall the staff is like others. Some are more willing to help and build than others but it is like this way everywhere. I love MJC science building and their lab. It really is nice and some instructors are awesome but it does have issues just like all other programs. There is not a math requirement that is used for points but there is a math requirement to have completed. Applications for MJC are in February.
