UFV BSN SEPTEMBER 2020 INTAKE
Hi! no worries I am here to help! I know application is a stressful & long process. Yes you can! Although, apparently UFV has a rule that you have to take 111 & 113 or equivalent at the same school so if you do, make sure you finish both so you don't have to redo 111 ? You can connect with an advisor or check to see what programs transfer over. Recreation aide is definitely enough as that is direct patient contact! What I would do is send one reference from someone higher up like your supervisor and then another from a co-worker. Hope this helps

Don’t stress that girl! In person we had 2 minutes at each station and at some I definitely talked at least a minute and a half! There is nothing wrong with thorough answers and I highly doubt having longer answers would change anything

UFV BSN SEPTEMBER 2020 INTAKE
No worries!! The interview is worth far more points than the essay so go easy on yourself!! It is stressful writing on the spot like that. I personally found the interview much easier. I am doing pretty well in the program thank you! Shifting to online was definitely different, but the instructors either had classes in a Skype like format or they pre-recorded lectures and were always just an email away for extra help. So although it wasn’t ideal, it’s manageable:)

UFV BSN SEPTEMBER 2020 INTAKE
It is very broad, every intake has a very different question but read over the BCCNP stuff they will send you and you will be 100% fine! The knowledge you need of the profession for the essay is pretty basic as well. my grades were an 87% in pre-cal 11, 92% bio 12, 90% chem 11, and 86% eng 12. As for work experience, I am a care aide working in long term care and had about 400 hrs at the time I applied :) best of luck to you

Honestly, I didn't really prep at all because I had noo idea what they would ask! It was nerve-wracking not knowing what the questions would be but looking back I prefer that as I probably would have waaay over thought my answers if I wasn't put on the spot like that!

UFV BSN SEPTEMBER 2020 INTAKE
Hi Everyone! I am in my first year of nursing @ufv and remember how stressful the whole application process was. I checked the forum for my intake constantly LOL. I just came across this one and thought I would drop in. CONGRATS & goodluck on the interviews. If anyone has any questions let me know! I honestly didn't do to well on my essay so if you are in that boat, you can definitely still take it home with the interview.
