I also was confused by the prompt, cause it didn't exactly ask why you wanted to be a nurse like other programs, as you mentioned. I personally did a paragraph mentioning why I wanted to get into a nursing program/go into nursing. Then I did another paragraph stating why UM in terms of the program itself, location, and how UM was involved into my future plans and such.

Submitted mine April 29 and got the email for Canelink May 4th

I didn't know what to put either. It seemed like most advice on other forums/website advised not to put anything on it, so I did not put a title or my name on it.

Thank you! when I went on CaneLink mobile it said I had a message! it said admission decision letter, it was sent literally about an hour ago! LOL

I actually just checked my canelink after making my post and I was accepted!

Hey everyone, I applied at the very end of April. I have so far received my CaneLink and have gotten an email saying a preliminary review on my application has been done. Does anyone think we'll be hearing decisions soon?
