    Some of the differences: G tube is more comfortable G tube can easily be changed at home G tube is not open, no one came to know either the child or patient is being fed by tube. G tube can easily be vented out to release gas from the stomach as compared to J tube J tube has more leakage problems as compare to G tube J tubes need the G tube for the vent
