CEP MARICOPA 2021
What is your GPA/HESI scores? Also where did you apply? Just asking because there’s no way I’m going to go 80 points realistically unless I retake and ACE about 3 classes and right now the plan is to only retake two and pass the HESI with a 90+.

CEP MARICOPA 2021
Hi! Thank you for responding. I’ve decided I’ll retake two classes which I don’t think I’ll struggle with if I’m taking them anywhere but Rio honestly. If I get A’s in both of those I think it’ll bring my GPA for maricopa up to 3.0 I’m hoping that will be enough with a better HESI score. I’m trying not to beat myself up too much about it. I’ve seen some posts in facebook groups say they’ve seen the low end of the cohort accept 74-76 hoping this is true. But thank you!

CEP MARICOPA 2021
Hi! So let my start off by saying I don’t have the highest hopes for acceptance. My GPA isn’t great, my HESI was okay and I plan on retaking it. My overall was an 86% but I think I can easily score above a 90 on both. I applied to CGCC but have heard it’s hard to get into and I applied to upper iowa. I haven’t heard back for the intake period for Summer start 2021. UIU calculated my GPA at 2.957 and from what I calculated my Maricopa at it would be like 2.6. I scored a 85.33 on English and 90 on math. I really don’t want to retake any classes as I took them through Rio Salado and clawed my way through to pass. The next intake period I plan on reapplying with hopefully a 90+ HESI in both and plan on applying to SCC MCC and CGCC. Is my outlook okay for at least one of those schools or probably not? I’m doing my best to not feel like trash. Wish being a CNA counted towards something.

Rio Salado College BIO 205 AND 202
Hey all! I've been trying to find updated reviews for Rio Salado's BIO205 and BIO202. They are the last two classes I need before I can apply for the CEP. I have taken all my prerequisites so far with rio salado and it is HARD. I had to retake BIO201 and barely passed with a 76%. I thought about doing a mixed media class with a local maricopa community college, but it's not looking like the easiest for my work schedule. I work nights and my work does not want to work with a school schedule. If you took those classes through Rio please let me know how they went, what to expect and how I can pass. Thank you.
