Yes you need to send the form to the ST-nurse email . Make sure your school fills the form out or they won’t accept it.

Yes the accept electronic ones! I requested them through my schools website and then used the st-nurse email to the recipient . I am currently waiting for them to add my transcripts to my application and then I should have my ATT.

I got my fbi check done through the usps post office . I went to the official government website and said I wanted a check done with results emailed and sent to myself . I then uploaded the electronic results after I was fingerprinted at the post office . Not all post offices offer the checks , so I would look that up before you sign up.

They didn’t accept my transcript that I submitted in May so I had to re-send one and now I’m waiting for them to approve it. I called about it and they basically said “it takes time to add the transcript to the application” ?.

I am not currently with a hospital . I made it through the first round of interviews for a residency but the program is now delayed .

I’m glad you got your ATT and permit finally . I have hit another dead end with the board after getting a voicemail they would send my application to the evaluator on July 2nd . The woman said I would hear back within 24-48 hours , but I received no contact . I have left two more voicemails with no answers since then. I am so frustrated ?

I am also still pending review ? my friends from IL are already passing NCLEX and meanwhile my application isn’t even approved yet . Why is PA so behind compared to every other state ?!

I have not gotten my ATT. I emailed the board twice a month ago and two weeks ago with no response. My application still says pending review, so I don't know what to do. My driver's license has always been PA even when I went to school in IL, so I don't know why it is taking so long for me. I even contacted my school to see if they sent the education verification form, which they did. I am really at a loss...

Hello I am an out of state applicant for PA nursing. My state fingerprints were rejected because they were electronic. Does anyone know the code to write on fingerprint cards so that they will be sent to PA? I tried contacting the board, but I have gotten no response. My school is also not mailing transcripts currently due to COVID, so I don't know what to do.
