Here most residencies start around that amount but besides shift differential for night/weekends people are also getting specialty differential which is anywhere from 5 to 12 extra dollars. Without factoring in the night/weekend differential my classmates are being offered anywhere between 35-42 ?

Hi everybody! I’m graduating in a couple of weeks and wanting to relocate to Miami. I’m applying to UM, Baptist, and the Memorial Healthcare residency too. - I’m not familiar with the Miami wages because I’m in Georgia and I know how much they’re paying new nurses here, so could anyone give me a range of what nursing residencies are paying in Miami? - Anybody that has already started would you mind sharing your experiences, what kind of units you are and how you like it so far? Thank you so so much! I have an interview with UM coming up and just applied to Baptist and Memorial. Fingers crossed I’ll get to work with some of you!

Does anybody know how we’re supposed to access PINS? I can’t figure it out and I can’t get ahold of anyone from school to help. Also did anybody receive the actual letter and acceptance package via mail? Thank you in advance
