Thank you everyone! I ended up finding employment not too long after I posted this at a Rehab facility! I’m excited to start.

I have a BSN. LTC scares me, the fact that you could be responsible for 40+ patients really makes me nervous. I’m sure that with experience I’ll gain confidence, but right now it makes me uneasy. I would like community mental healthcare! Would you mind messaging me the names of these authorities?

Hello everyone! I am a newer nurse with about 8 months of PCU experience and I am moving to TX soon. I am having a terribly hard time finding a job, I have literally put in about 30 applications including apps to new grad residences, psych hospitals etc but no one will even give me an interview. I just need someone to give me a chance! Does anyone have any advice?
