  1. yeah they do, just not a second degree option. Im not going to LIU, I read reviews saying that you won't get your clinicals when you need them because they have so many ppl in the program, causing you to continue there paying more tuition. Just so not worth it.
  2. Highly recommend everyone to check out St.Josephs college in Brooklyn. Down the street from LIU, Their tuition prices are extremely low (they have lots of transfer scholarships) and it’s a more selective/well put together school. Don’t drown yourselves in debt for a BSN in nursing, especially if you wanna continue your education (DNP, MSN, etc)
  3. @parker57 talk to ------------------
  4. @parker57 I got my financial aid quickly to be honest, filed my FAFSA and got the report. Just so you know don't expect to receive any aid at all. Im an out of state student and the aid at this school absolutely sucks
  5. Did you guys get any aid?
  6. weird, my financial aid has stayed the same
  7. yeah if they're raising tuition im not attending
  8. so the tuition is 40k?
  9. @soolee I believe its 35k for the entire year, what do u mean 20k per semester?
  10. Same here! Can't see any financial aid, etc. I'm gonna call the financial aid office tomorrow so I can get a start on things. Congratulations!!
  11. I submitted my app late January but there were some misplacings and they needed another transcript so everything was updated by March. What about you?
  12. Soooo, I just spoke to some people from the school. Basically so far I'm partially admitted, but through the honors college they're having me do a one on one with a transfer counselor. I have to set that up so I highly doubt that will be happening before the info session LOL .
  13. No clue to be honest, I just received an acceptance into their honors college from the director!
  14. Well if they do onsite admissions I'll be really happy. I haven't completed all of my pre-reqs, I still have about a semester left of them which I may complete at LIU. I really hope they update us on what is going on soon because I'm so confused.
  15. Hi! I haven't heard anything back yet, however I was invited to the accepted student online session on May 16. Hopefully I can gain more information about what is going on through that. They've also been requesting my financial aid information. Super confusing. Let me know if this has been happening for u too! I wish u the best of luck as well keep me updated!
