  1. Where should I start with salary negotiations?

    I've been offered a full time ED RN position at a mid-size hospital in southern Maine. It's not Maine Med for what it's worth. I have 1 year of ED experience, a BA, and an ASN, with 15 years experience as a Paramedic prior to completing nursing school. I've been researching salaries on indeed, salary.com, reddit, and glassdoor. None of those sites show consistent numbers. I have a number in my head for a starting point. What would your number be?
