  1. 9 positions I've applied for over the past few months recently moved to "hiring manager review." That toooo much. I don't trust it. LOL
  2. My status hasn't changed. At this point, I'm just assuming they already picked their candidates
  3. Hey I PM’d you. Hopefully it went through
  4. Since none of the hospitals are hiring new grads, I had to look to nursing homes. I got into a fellowship program. But, NYU is where I would like to work and grow my career. Used to volunteer there and I fell in love
  5. WOW! that’s great to hear! I just started a new job but I‘ll leave in a heartbeat if NYU offers me something
  6. Anyone started working elsewhere until hospitals start hiring again?
  7. July 16th. I think they posted it that day. They closed applications on the 24th. Maybe this upcoming week we’ll get news
  8. Yeah same status. They’re cutting it pretty close.
  9. @zfn415 is the status of your application still the same?
  10. No, not yet. We should be hearing back this week or next
  11. Anyone apply to Hospital for Special Surgery's PACU or In-Patient Residency program located in New York City? The program is set to start on August 17th, 2020
  12. Start date is September. I doubt we’ll hear anything until mid August ><
  13. Oh WOW! May 30th??? I think they reposted bc I’ve been stalking their job page everyday. I have lab experience and a lot of volunteer experience but nothing that would stand out like being an EMT
  14. No, it was posted last week. Start date says August/September so it’s going to be a while I think
  15. I started a new thread for a mount sinai fellowship. My first time starting one so hopefully I did it correctly
  16. Hi! I decided to start this thread for the ER 2020 fellowship program at Mount Sinai. Thought we could update eachother if they reach out to anyone
  17. Do they even let you know if you get rejected after you’ve interviewed?
  18. Its a combination of luck I think and how well your resume is presented. I included all my clinical experiences on my resume and since doing that, I've already had 2 private clinical interviews and two hospitals. I rejected the private clinics becasue I really want to work in a hospital, especially as a new grad.
  19. Thanks but not sure if I'll actually be accepted. I live in Brooklyn so commute isn't bad.
  20. I had a interview yesterday for the periop fellowship at Lenox hill
  21. I just received an email to do an on demand video interview. This is for the Periop fellowship program. If anyone has done a video interview before, would you please let me know what I should expect and what kind of questions will be asked?
  22. They're still accepting applicants. Are they even going to look at the people who applied recenly? I applied on 06/22 =(
  23. For those of you who have heard back, what does the status say on your application?
