Thank you for those reassuring words. I am definitely trying to remain positive but I would be lying if I didn't say I was a lil anxious. I did express interest in very competitive specialties so I understood the chances were already slim but hoping for an offer in another dept at the least. *fingers crossed*

Los Angeles City College of Nursing and Allied Health Spring 2022
hey everyone! I just got an invitation for an interview. I am so shocked as I was not expecting to make cuts off and was already retaking a course. Does anyone know what usually happens from this point forward? I believe at an info session I went to years back, it was said that it is a simple interview that most if not all students get the 5 points for. If anyone has read any info from past threads, please share!

ladies I’m the oldest one here! LOL I’m 30 so I was freaking out too I needed to get in already & I didn’t want to wait anymore. pierce had better NCLEX pass rates and I got feedback from a student in the lacc program so I ended up going with pierce. I’ve heard good things about them as well. *fingers crossed* I have a previous bachelors in english (was going to go to law school) but life happened & I really figured out what I wanted to do so here I am . I’m definitely interested in doing BSN collaborative programs. I went to zoom info session for channel islands I am waiting to hear back from university of phoenix. it’s about a 1k more difference & all online which seems more desirable for me cus I hope to start working asap once I’m done at pierce & continue BSN ( its 2 summers|during ADN| + 8 months after ADN) & channel islands is really far from me. gonna try to gather more info on other cal states soon.
