I applied to the ICU & OR. Unfortunately I already accepted an offer somewhere else last week (I’m a May graduate) so I let them know. Hopefully they give my spot to someone else!

Methodist West has called me about an interview yesterday, so I guess they’re starting to reach out. I suggest to keep your phones close by!

Can anyone who had a second interview with a hospital from HCA share what kind of questions they asked? Thank you!

Wait, they already are conducting interviews for the Winter cohort?

Yes for the OR & women’s health. I was wondering when the ICU residencies would start — if there is a set date already — thank you though!

Do you remember when the cohort start date for HCA will be when they called you?

I applied for the OR originally, but for prescreening I was placed on Acute Care & during the interview I got to select 3 departments that might interest me. But a couple days after the prescreening event I was emailed again to apply for the actual Perioperative services & an OR Team Lead will contact me afterwards, but they haven’t Yet and I haven’t heard anything since.

Has anyone been contacted by Houston Methodist TMC for a second interview? I feel like nobody has heard from them.
