hi all! congrats on your offers and new positions. I am applying to the same new grad residency and this may sound silly but who did you address your cover letter to? I was told there are two applications one for medsurge/ED and one for ICU's so I am confused on who to address each cover letter to. I am prepping for the application now and just wanted some clarification if possible! TIA!

hi ! can anyone offer some advice on how to be a competitive candidate and honestly, how to even apply? every time I look on their website, it does not offer any dates or application process. I graduate in the Spring from Hopkins MSN program (coming up very soon) and am hoping to apply but do not know where to start. thanks in advance!

Hi all! I will be graduating in the Spring with my e-MSN from Hopkins and I want to apply to the nurse residency program at ucla - emergency department. I was really hoping to receive some guidance on how to (1) apply, (2) be a strong candidate, (3) how the program is (from current or past nurses that completed the program). I reached out to their recruiter a few months back but she said they are not currently taking any cohorts - which I'm kinda confused about bc I see ppl talking about the program on here on the time so I'm not sure. thank you all in advance!

Hi! I was accepted and am stressing out about the cost! I am so grateful to have this opportunity but man that's SO much money. I'm waiting to hear back from an ABSN program in my state (CA). The ABSN is ~ $20k so obviously I am SO torn. I thought I was the only one questioning the crazy cost of JHU. Keeping you all in my heart during this decision-making time for us!
