  1. Hello, I also received an acceptance email. Nice to meet everyone and I hope to see you all soon!
  2. Thank you! I appreciate the info, good luck on your classes!
  3. Oh cool, does that mean you’re allowed to take your core classes in whatever order? Typically schools like SDSU have a set schedule given to students and they have to take their core classes in that order until graduation.
  4. Sorry my question was kinda vague. I was referring to prereq classes/professors but that’s also interesting to know. Since you’re taking the nursing core classes, do they have your schedule filled and planned out until graduation?
  5. Do you happen to know if there’s a class catalog to see who’s teaching the classes? My advisor just enrolled me in a Bio Stats class and I wanted to see if I have an option to choose my professor. Edit: Never mind, I figured it out.
  6. Hi all, Not sure if this is an appropriate place to ask but I was wondering if anyone knows the enrollment process at NU. Do advisors typically choose the class/professor for students or can students have the option to decide? I transferred from CC so I’m not too familiar with how things are run at NU.
  7. Sadly I didn’t make it. Fortunately, I’m still waiting to hear back from other schools and I’m currently in the process of applying out-of-state as backup. To all those accepted, my warmest congratulations! ? You all will make excellent future nurses. You have a long road ahead of you and I wish you all nothing but the best in your journey!
  8. I know the feeling. This wait has completely drained me. Somehow I feel a sense of relief from this because I can mentally prepare myself for the bad news.
  9. OK that’s good, one more week of waiting to go. Good luck to everyone!
  10. OK good, just making sure everyone got it. This waiting game has made me an absolute nervous wreck.
  11. Has anyone else received an email that notification date will be extended to May 22nd?
  12. No problem. I have been waiting to hear any news from the program. I wonder if cohorts will be pushed back.
  13. I received an email a few weeks back that we'll be notified on May 15th. (I hope I’m doing this right. First time replying).
