    TNPAP MONITORING AGREEMENT

Can you tell me how you received your monitoring agreement? Email or regular mail. I can not get my case worker to return any email or phone call and it’s so frustrating !!

    TNPAP MONITORING AGREEMENT

I have completed my IOP and have started with counseling. I finished IOP last Friday. How long does it normally take to receive your monitoring agreement? I’ve tried to email and call my case worker for a couple of things and he’s only emailed me back once. Also, my daughter is graduating from college and we are having a party for her. I would like to have one glass of champagne but I’m afraid to due to drug/alcohol testing. anyone have any advice for me?

    Covid 19

Anyone know if TNPAP is making exceptions for nurses to work if they have not received their monitoring agreement?

Is that after you sign the monitoring agreement or when you reported yourself to TNPAP?

I’ve been using my nursing license since January but doing a job you have to be a nurse to do you just aren’t seeing patients. Does that count?

I have working since I signed up for tnpap on December 29, 2019. I'm in a limited duty role until I know more about my monitoring agreement. I got to read my evaluation from the doctor I had to see in the beginning and he recommended 6 month narc restriction. So I guess I'm wondering if the time I have worked thus far will count towards the 6 months.

Does anyone happen to know that when you get your monitoring agreement and it says you have a 6 month narc restriction... Does that restriction start from the day you get your agreement OR the day you signed up for TNPAP? I'm finished with my IOP and individual counseling and about to sign my monitoring agreement. Thanks!

    TNPAP MONITORING AGREEMENT

Could you tell me your whole story so I know what I may be looking at. If you don’t want to share I understand. Very nervous about this whole process. Did you do IOP? When did you get your monitoring agreement ?

    TNPAP MONITORING AGREEMENT

QUESTION: First, here's my history.. I admitted to self medicating at home and diverting hydrocodone 5/325 mg -- 5 times at work for 3 months. I have not been asked for a drug test or tested positive for one, was never accused by my DON of diverting or taking anything. My DON was knew something was wrong but didn' know what was wrong. I admitted to her what I was doing because I was ashamed and knew it was wrong. Shes an amazing boss! My DON asked that I enroll in TNPAP to save my license. My DON has created a non nursing position for me while I complete the TNPAP recommened Outpatient therapy(which is 20 sessions) and individual counseling but I have not recieved my monitoring aggreement as of yet. I have tested negative on all drug screens thus far. My question is - what is the standard monitoring aggreement for something like this? If I am cleared for going back to a floor nursing position, what are the standard stipulations? To be able to perform a floor nursing position, I cant have restrictions such as: narcotics or supervisory restrictions. (Nurses are all supervisors on the floor of the CNA's)
