  1. CONGRATS who got accepted! I got accepted as well. I'll be declining my offer as I am going elsewhere
  2. I called to confirm, and the person I talked to stated that it would not affect my admission status. Furthermore, she stated that they are still processing the people who will be admitted for Fall 2020. We, the Spring 2021 applicants, would probably not hear back about our admission status until June till later
  3. Alright, thank you. I'll be sure to email them. Thank you for your input. Yeah, the main reason I asked is to see whether the nursing credit would transfer and affect my admission. I'll be sure to contact them
  4. Hey guys, I got a question. I understand that our start date has been pushed back to Spring 2021. If we decide to start a different nursing program and do it for two semesters, (Summer 2020 and Fall 2020), and then decide to drop out to start the CSUSM ABSN Spring 2021 semester, do you guys think it will affect our admission status for this ABSN?
  5. That’s true. Gotta stay positive I applied to CSULA, CSUF, and CSUSM’s ABSN program as well as Rio Hondo. I got waitlisted for CSULA and CSUF, got into Rio Hondo, and waiting on CSUSM Wishing us luck on getting admitted ????
  6. Yeah, I think I will. Thanks! Sure. They are: 1. Overall GPA: 3.83 2. Pre-Req GPA: 3.84 3. TEAS: 86% 4: Bilingual: Yes 5: Local Resident: No According to past forums, it seems like they do not accept people who are not local residents, which is a bit concerning for me LOL Did you apply to anywhere else?
  7. Ah okay. I did not. I got it from another university
  8. I’m a post-bacc student. I got accepted as a pre-nursing student
  9. Thank you so much. I logged into MyCoyote account and I don’t see it on my To-Do list ... All I see is a MMR Grace Period hold on my Hold’s list. Have you gotten this hold as well? And I find it whack that they are making us pay a $100 nonrefundable enrollment confirmation before we hear back from the BSN admission or denial. The only reason I applied to CSUSB is for the nursing program LOL
  10. What is the $100 enrollment confirmation? Do we get this through our email?
  11. I received the textbook through the mail, but not coursepoint. Is coursepoint given through the mail as well? I am not to sure because it didn’t say about it being out of stock.
  12. For those who ordered their books from the bookstore, did you guys get charged for coursepoint? I ordered both the textbook and coursepoint. However, they only charged me for the textbook with the status stating fulfilled, while the status of coursepoint remains blank.
  13. Nope. I got 42 points
  14. Congratulations! This is very exciting news! Did you get the letter in the mail or through your email, and did your CSUSM portal update to accepted?
  15. Yes that is correct!
  16. Were you able to verify with the department?
  17. Yes, that is correct. We need Course Point and the two books. Course Point is the online module for the book. It includes learning tools, case studies, virtual simulation, and real-time data
  18. CONGRATS! I know you have been anxiously waiting to get off the waitlist ? Yes. You can order books from the bookstore website R.G. will notify students via email when cleared to register for the course (ADN 151)
  19. TL;Dr: Fall 2020 applicants will be pushed back and be considered for Spring 2021 (1/25/2021). They will be sending admission offers in the coming weeks
  20. Alright! Just DM me your email ?
  21. Thank you so much! Hm, I would wonder why she claimed it wouldn't be necessary, especially for the eyes, ears, and throat sections. Yes, I would definitely check with the department on that.
  22. As for the refund, they might -- considering that they refunded the people who applied for the Fall 2020's Temecula location when it switched to San Marcos.
  23. I haven’t taken mine yet, but I know I have pretty crap vision in one eye (lazy eye). I’m not sure what would happen if we fail it ?
  24. Hey guys, for the family history part of the physical exam sheet, do we complete it or does the physician?
  25. I understand the frustration that everyone may have and that the faculty is trying their best to provide the best education as well have everyone to meet their graduation requirements amidst the whole covid-19 situation. I apologize if I came off as inconsiderate. Thank for your providing a screenshot from the community page. And I guess we will have to see what will happen these upcoming days/weeks.
