  1. Cardiac Telemetry or Observation Unit?

    itsKat posted a topic in General Nursing
    I worked in med surg department for 2 years as an LVN and now I have my RN license, I am offered to work in an observation unit (hospital has union) and in a cardiac telemetry unit (non-union). I'm having a hard time choosing which route I want. Which unit is more stressful? I am planning to be a case manager in the future (my dream job). Please share some experiences and insights to help my decision easier. Thank you!
