Thanks for your comment, Ned. You’re right. I was being super broad to try and not limit the responses. I guess I imagined folks would know what they want and don’t want in a rental. But, essentially can you tell me what does tht look like, for YOU? Naming states was definitely super broad, but I wanted nurses in those areas to chime in. Like hey I’m in Sacramento/ San Diego/ LA etc...I’ll do more research and see if I can’t get my questions answered. Thanks again. Take care.

Hi All, I am looking for any insight on how to choose housing as a travel nurse in GA/ in general. I want to begin travel nursing towards the fall, but I'm hesitant to use agency housing. I also don't want to use my entire stipend, so I will likely end up sharing. What are your biggest concerns when traveling? As in, what are your must haves and hard no's??Do you prefer to share a home/apt? What are the warning signs of a scam or bad roomie? What's the furthest you'd live from your hospital?What would be considered a good rental rate in Georgia/Cali/Florida/NC?These are broad, but I kind of don't know what to ask specifically.
