    I work at an outpatient surgery center and a couple of things have happened recently that don’t sit well with me. One thing is communication via group text messaging with employees that contain patients PHI. Another is RNs doing things without having orders from the doctor, ex: hanging IV abx in pre-op. Mind you, there is a high turnover at this place and the longer I stay, the more I see why. I guess I don’t need any validation for my concerns- just needed to vent. Anyone with a similar situation?
