I am anticipating the purchase of my current practice. To hire an MD to be my collaborating MD, what would be an appropriate salary? In my state, the MD must be available at least by phone for consultation. There is no on site requirement nor chart documentation. There is the requirement of a Quality Assurance meeting, face-to-face every 6 months. Would appreciate any feed back!
