  1. @McKinleemay I also looked in the First Hill area. There were a lot of options and I think it may be a little cheaper than Cap Hill. However, I wanted something a little less urban and quieter, but still close to the fun stuff.. so I went with Central District/Cherry Hill. Also, here is the website for the place across from the hospital.. it wasn't advertised very well online and I randomly came across it: lifeatcc.com
  2. @McKinleemay @amazinggrace I flew out to Seattle a few weeks ago to check some places out.. There is a newly constructed building directly across the street from Cherry Hill! It’s called the CC and looks really nice. Not cheap, but I was willing to pay extra for convenience! The units look super cute and the neighborhood is nice.. it’s pretty residential, but restaurants are walkable distance. What part of the city will y’all be living in?
  3. @amazinggrace Awesome! I will be relocating from Mississippi. Are you doing CV? Maybe we will be in same classes/orientation since both doing ICU? Have you found a place to live yet? I was offered a position in CV after accepting the neuro one, but the heart freaks me out haha. The manager seems super friendly and chill though! Not sure if you already know, but we wear navy scrubs at Cherry Hill (just found that out LOL).
  4. @Adri-RN I accepted a position in the neuro ICU at Cherry Hill! I am also looking forward to starting. I know that the neuro ccu was a strictly covid unit when I interviewed, but not sure what the status of it is now. Is anyone else relocating?
  5. @chemistRN did you accept the position? Which ED location did you interview for?
  6. Hey!! So I submitted an application end of February and was invited for a video interview the day after. I completed it (did take some time because I kept messing up). After submitting, the same recruiter contacted me asking for my top 2 pics. She said she would pass my application along and asked if I would be interested in interviewing early if chosen (they started interviewing mid/late March). A couple of weeks later I was scheduled for online interviews with neuro and cardiac ICU. After about a month, I had not received any updates, neither had my recruiter... so I had given up. The night before last I conceded and submitted an application to where I go to school in Mississippi, and the day after I was offered a position at Swedish. I think I was probably a plan B pic, but I don’t always have to be everyone’s plan A. I still haven’t accepted, have to figure out some financial logistics.. but don’t give up hope, they still had many med-surg and psych positions. It also took a lot longer to get an offer compared with other places I have applied. Good luck! also, has anyone accepted a position?
