I applied to other programs as well, I have one more school I’m waiting to hear back from. UIC is great but I’m going to The program the program that offers me acceptance. I want to avoid waiting another year if possible
I'm leaving the option of all three campuses open for me. I would love Chicago, but am open to the other colleges. I have a 3.4 GPA, but no clinical experience. I knew it was a gamble, so if I don't get in, that's my focus over the next few months before reapplying.
Yes, I am waitlisted myself. I'm concerned about it as well, but trying not to stress too much. My application has been submitted so hopefully things work in my favor. Where else did you apply?
I got my email today and I'm wait listed. I am still happy, but a little bummed out. Anyways, Is anyone else feeling uncertain about the actual programs (not just UIC but all nursing programs) after Covid19? I want to know will it change the way the program is run? Will we be doing a lot more telecommunication for classes? etc.
