  1. Hello! I studied from the GED and SAT books. We actually didn’t have science on the Kaplan when I took it, so I can’t help you there. I’m sorry! I’ve been told they’re adding science now and it’s biology and anatomy, mostly.
  2. No, I am finishing my first term in the program ? I got in with studying the above things I told you about.
  3. For math, know basic decimals, percents, fractions, and ratios. Reading comprehension is pretty easy, just slow down and read carefully. Writing is the hardest, I got the same exact score on this section both times I took it. It’s like “what sentence doesn’t belong?” Or “If you were going to add a sentence here, which would best add to the paragraph?” Also some grammar errors and noun/verb agreement questions. good luck!!
  4. Hi! They had a couple rounds of the Kaplan online because of COVID but I believe they are back in person now! It is a proctored exam. The Kaplan test is all multiple choice questions. The program so far is mostly test based, except the gen ED online classes. They are more assignment based. Hope that helps! Hello! I would actually recommend the GED books for the reading and math portions of the Kaplan, and SAT books for the writing portion. If you search Wonderlic test on Google there are some websites that have sample tests. I took them repeatedly, but honestly it’s not hard. You have to get 15/50 I believe to pass.
  5. Are you in night classes? If so, you should be contacted soon! Day class is done now.
  6. I think you’ll get in! I got a 282 and I got my acceptance call on Friday. Keep me updated! I bet you’ll get a call this week ??
  7. Actually they called this morning and I’m in! ? I’m guessing that means you are too!
  8. I spoke the school yesterday and they’ll start making calls next week! There have been a few setbacks. So you can breathe a little easier knowing that ?
  9. Yes ma’am! I am anxiously waiting by my phone. I got a 282/300, so a 94% overall. You?
  10. Me too! They start making calls this week. ??? What did you score on your Kaplan, if you don’t mind me asking?
  11. Anyone else applying for Carrington Reno for the May/June 2020 start date?
