  1. In 2017 I was falsely accused of altering a document for entrance into a LVN-RN transition program, and the school reported my LVN license. I met with an attorney and had no money to actually fight the case and was told to not contest the board orders. I was placed on Warning with Stipulations in 2017, completed the BO in 2018, and went on to complete my RN and now BSN. I was employed at the time and remained at the company until this year and relocated. I am having such a difficult time landing a job where I live now. I had been offered a position that I am very qualified for (had 3-4 years experience in the same unit), but the offer was rescinded as soon as my background check came through. I had fully disclosed the disciplinary actions during the application. I do not understand why it is such an issue seeing as I am applying for RN positions with a license that has never been disciplined, and my LVN license is now in good standing, and the orders never affected my ability to practice? Any advise is helpful. I cannot get much info from my state BON other than it is cleared from my license. Is there a way to get this expunged?
