  1. I believe the transcript. You can always email them and let them know you finished the course today. They’re very understanding and try to work with us.
  2. Ugh ?. Because im tryna figure out how much loans to take out and stuff since classes start next month.
  3. Has anyone heard anything about financial aid?
  4. Yes they send an email with the acceptance letter, and a packet of medical forms that need to be filled out. IDK how they’re doing these things but I feel like it’s only one person handling everything in my opinion ??‍♀️
  5. Congrats!! I don’t have facebook either ? I would love to connect on instagram! You can message me your handle or just drop it here ☺️
  6. I got accepted without doing an interview. It says that you have to pay the deposit within two weeks, doesn’t even specify by a specific date. I finished my last prereq yesterday and emailed them, then today I woke up with an acceptance letter. So maybe they’re waiting on certain requirements for some people before they hand out a letter? Im not sure how they do these things LOL
  7. Just received my acceptance letter !
  8. Congratulations!! I’m also waiting to hear backkk
  9. Im waiting on NYU and Mount Sinai and haven’t heard a wordddd yet ugh. This wait is too much ?
  10. From reading past forums, I realized only some people get interviews and some don’t ? I wonder why they do that
  11. Nope. Didn't hear anything since I submitted my application ?
  12. Nope still waiting
  13. Has anyone gotten accepted with pending prerequisites?
  14. I already submitted my app before the March 15th deadline! It was just odd to me because I also sent transcripts the same day to NYU and they received it while PSON did not =\ I reached out to NursingCAS regarding this and they don’t see any transcripts, and was told to wait a couple days and they’ll reach out to me if anything. So I decided to request another one and have it sent directly to NursingCAS again. Portage does show they completed the request. But to be on the safe side I requested it again. Thank you though, for your response!
  15. Can we mail our transcripts directly to Mount Sinai or does it strictly have to be sent to NursingCAS? Portage has been giving me issues. I sent a request for a transcript from them to be sent to NursingCAS at the beginning of the month and its no where to be found ??‍♀️ Im thinking of requesting another one to be sent directly to Mount Sinai.
  16. I was wondering this too. Cause I know one of my official transcripts will most likely arrive after the 15th. And then id have to submit another one for my last prerequisites when I finish the class.
  17. Its honestly ridiculous. I was thinking that July is basically when the 2022 application opens, so he must want to speak in July to see if I would want to apply for 2022. I am not even going to waste my time or even apply for the next cycle LOL. Im already waiting on two schools. I'll probably apply for the BSN-DNP later on. Hopefully things won't be as hectic as they are now with their "influx of applications"
  18. I was rejected and emailed him. He told me to reach out in July to set up a meeting LOL. In July...like no thank you.
  19. Did everyone fill out the experience section on the application? Is it necessary to fill out since all of it is basically on my resume ?
  20. You can email NYU admissions about that. Because it may not update on the common app, but they’ll still see you have everything on their side. One of my LOR writers couldn’t get the link for the common app so they had said for her to email them the letter. And they told me on the common app side, it wouldnt show as received but I should still submit the application. So I believe it would be the same for transcripts! Just email them to let them know and im sure it’ll still be fine.
  21. I think we can send transcripts either directly to NYU or The Common App. I sent one to NYU with no update yet and another to The Common App.
  22. Same I submitted mine as well. That Columbia rejection really hurt me, hopefully NYU isn't another rejection.
  23. ill see y'all in the NYU thread whoever's applying ?. For everyone who got accepted, congrats !!
  24. click the heart at the top of the thread, it will give you the option to unfollow
  25. That was definitely not enough for me LOL I don't think they wanna read long essays ? just something straight to the point
