    Hello all. I am thinking of relocating to Austin from San Diego. I am an RN BSN with 9 years experience, 4 in M/S and the last 5 in ICU. Would anyone be willing to share what the hourly wage is for ICU nursing? Also, work conditions, ratios, best hospitals in the area. Any info would be so appreciated. It's difficult to tell from Job postings and we know no one in the area. Thank you for your time.
