    T,LPN posted a topic in First Year After Licensure
    I have been a nurse for a year now. My first job was in a hospital on the med-surg floor and my second job was in a rural health clinic. Nursing is not what i expectecd it to be. I don't know if it is the jobs that I have chosen, or is it just not for me. It seems like they just throw you out there all by yourself. I think it would be better if I had someone one-on-one to help me. I dont want to give up because I have worked so hard to get this far, but right now I feel like quitting. Any words if inspiration????????????????
