Well, my state board IS on it. The facility has not complied with supplying the medical record. Maybe because it was a 3rd party complaint? I am going to submit hair follicle and Peth tests over and get into dialysis in case this all gets nasty. I'll have a workable position. Davita has an acute position available, be a good start.

I was reported last year for possible diversion. *didn't waste at pyxis. The med was in my pocket. I was reported by another nurse, I resigned this travel the next day after, it was one thing after another at this facility. No perm staff, all agency. Anyway, when I found out I was reported, I didn't respond, I had kinda thought I was done with nursing. I was/still going through a nasty divorce, couldn't stomach both legal issues. Got a job in a different field after that fiasco. Anyhow, fast forward to now, I never heard anything else from the board,I called them 2 weeks ago and told them what was going on and that I would like to respond and keep my license if possible. She was nice and understanding, and I won't speak to them anymore. Has anyone else had a facility not comply with records? And are 3rd party reports easier to deal with vs a facility complaining?
