  1. Hello! And I’m so excited for you! I can’t believe they won’t count your credits—I suggest you talk to another person regarding that. I’ve had a couple of people I know where the advisor says something and another advisor says another. I don’t know which dept you talked to. Yeah you have to have at least 12 credits to be considered full time—you’ll get the full amount of the financial aid I think max is 18credits—but if you only take 10credits I think you still get the aid but only half of it. what kind of math do you need? I took a traditional college algebra with (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) on crestview campus. He was nice and had you do some problems on tour own while in class so he knows you understand. You can work with a partner and ask him questions. I took Statistics on Niceville campus traditionally and I had (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) and he was a good teacher but only does one problem for each topic. You have to sit closer to the board with him because he writes tiny. If I had another change I’d take (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) for statistics—I’ve had people I know that took his class and they have high praise of him. I took Nutrition class online last Summer semester, it was fast paced and I had (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME). It was easy. There were quizzes I think every week (not timed) and exams every 2 weeks or so. She had one big project that I suggest you do right away especially if you’re taking it in the Summer because it is time consuming.
  2. Don’t worry! You’re in!
  3. Anybody else got their acceptance email today???
  4. I have a friend who recently retook her A&P 1 for a grade since she’s taken it 10 years ago—not that she did bad 10 years ago but as a refresher ?
  5. Hello I talked to one of the advisors and she said that the reason why out majors changed was because the nursing program needed to access our info so it was something they had to do.. she said only 120 students major changed. It’s best to wait for the confirmation before making any changes. Also if you weren’t accepted it’ll go back to pre-nursing. She said they were getting calls about it.
  6. I joined it! ?
  7. Nothing here.
  8. Hey it’s over 100 points which is good! Don’t lose hope.
  9. I emailed them and they said they will send out verification points this week and then make a selection shortly after
  10. No I was checking to see what classes I needed to take for Summer semester and noticed it
  11. Guys check your degree works and see if your major changes!
  12. Ugh $350 for uniforms??? Yeah I’d probably get pants and shoes somewhere else. Same goes for stethoscope and stuff.
  13. @NurseManny oohhh thank you! I will remember that! I’m re-reading all the exercises we did from a couple of weeks ago just so I don’t forget little details.
  14. @RxSuccess I’m doing an audit for A&P 1 with McArthur because I really liked him when I took A&P 2 & the teacher I took A&P 1 with wasn’t very good. I’m taking ASL 2, American history, philosophy and then micro. Have you taken any of your college math yet? Also who do you have for A&P?
  15. @RxSuccess ooh! I’m having a hard time with how she does her lectures in the beginning because it was longer.. but I think now that the chapters are getting shorter, I’d be OK. Tbh I’d be fine with a B. I had a hard time with the gram stain last lab I wasn’t seeing the results—this makes me a little worried for the unknowns. Is micro the only class you’re taking for pre-nursing?
